Enmento site search is a version of EES which can offer integration of EES search capabilities on websites. Enmentosoft site search is a fully semantic search engine which supports many formats across many systems.

Semantic Search

EES searches in documets based on the semantical meaning of the words which were used in the search query. This means that not only the terms searched for will be used to build a hitlist, but also words which are synonyms, or related in some way to the original query. This is controlled by the "TermNet". Here all relations between terms and meanings are defined, and altered. As standard EES supports Danish and English, but it is easy to include other languages which might be necessary in the environment the EES installation is going to reside in. Having it set up like this, makes it esay to guarantee effective searching, since it eliminates the need to keep experimenting with different searches just to find relevant information. In addition to this, EES has an advanced search algorithm which makes searching highly accurate.

A central property of EES is it's ability to always find all documents related to a specific search. When this is combined with an intelligent ranking of documents in the searchresults, the "best" document will always be highlighted by being presented at the top of the list.

Integration in a websolution

EES comes in two variants, one based on ASP.NET, for website integration, built through the use of components. The actual programming knowledge needed to operate it's most advanced features are boiled down into 20 lines of commands. Alternatively we offer a variation of the system which will work in any static HTML site structure. This variant is less flexible, but only has 10 lines of commands to learn to master fully. No knowledge of programming is needed to just operate the system, only for adding/changing the way the solution is integrated.
